Downtown Engineering begins field investigations for exciting residential community project in central Lakeland

LAKELAND, FL (September 7, 2024) - Downtown Engineering, Lakeland's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, today started field investigations for the Olive Street residential development in central Lakeland. This morning a skilled crew from Downtown Engineering was on-site conducting critical assessments. This included verifying existing surveys, identifying utility services, and conducting exploratory investigations across the property. As part of their scope, Downtown Engineering is engaged to handle initial site explorations, utility coordination, and perform the initial due diligence for the project.

With this initial phase well underway, the next steps in the project will focus on civil engineering design and securing the necessary permits.
